PT. Zenith Material Solution juga mengolah sampah, khususnya sampah plastik untuk didaur ulang dan digunakan sebagai bahan baku industri kembali.
Automotive
The use of automotive tools has a very important role in today's life. Many automotive manufacturers design each vehicle so that what they produce is safe and comfortable. For this reason, we always provide raw materials and intermediate products / special polymer seeds formulated for the automotive industry sector. The use of PVC material has quite a significant impact on vehicles, especially in terms of weight, where using polymer material will reduce the weight of the vehicle and provide good aesthetic value.

Dalam menyediakan produk intermediate / biji polimer, kami juga melakukan formulasi khusus untuk bahan baku elektronik seperti : kebutuhan audio, kebutuhan hiburan rumah tangga, mainan elektronik, alat elektronik untuk kebutuhan dapur, dan sebagainya, sehingga produk yang kami sediakan memiliki beberapa keunggulan seperti daya tahan terhadap suhu ekstrem, tahan terhadap hama, dan aman dari tegangan listrik.
Other Industries
Other industrial sectors include: garden & kitchen needs, sandals, shoes, profiles, toys, packaging to medical, and so on, because they have the same qualifications, namely they are in direct contact with the human body, therefore in terms of formulation & materials they have the same level of safety. . For packaging, we supply basic polymer raw materials, including: PET, PP and HDPE, which are formulationally safe for use as food and beverage packaging, and some can be reused. While other sectors use PVC Compound polymer intermediate material, specifically for the medical sector, the material we provide uses a special formulation and manufacturing that is more sterile.
Cable
The cable sector is also one of the focuses of the products that we continue to develop and provide. We provide intermediate polymer products for household cables, various industrial cables and cables for government business activities such as underground cables and marine cables. The materials we provide include inner and outer cables. As an insulator for a cable circuit, we formulate materials to withstand all conditions such as extreme temperatures, pests and color resistance and have met SNI standards for cable safety and are resistant to corrosion.
Construction
For the construction sector, apart from supplying raw materials, we also provide assistance and formulation for our partners, so in addition to providing raw materials, we also provide assistance to partners to produce end-product to be distributed to the market so that final customer get the perfect product.
The advantages of our products are resistance to extreme weather, impact resistance, fire resistance and resistance to pests which make our products very strong.
Waste treatment
In addition to supplying raw materials and providing intermediate/polymer seed materials, we also treat waste in accordance with the group company's final business concept which turns plastic waste into raw materials again.
We can then redistribute the products we produce to local and international markets. In the future, we will develop waste processing not only for polymer plastic so that we will provide more benefits to society and the environment.
